Considering the shock of losing Darcy, we've really shown some grit. Loving Cleary's game. His best so far. Love to see him finish it off with a strong second half.
Gee its good to have the Bont back, but as good as he and we've been in the second quarter, I'm just gutted for poor Darcy. How many key forwards in our last 50 years have been hit with them. Templeton, Grant, Luke Darcy, Redpath, and possible young Sam now..

Buku rucked ok. I’d prefer to keep Lobb back unless we stop kicking goals.

        Great second quarter.

        Bont is still king.

I'm still bloody shattered about Darcy. This ruins my year.

Pretty powerful response that quarter. Seems like we are in "no farks given" mode when it comes to injuries or unnecessary off-field distractions this season. The playing group (minus 1) and the coaching staff seem to be in a real zone this season.

im a little worried we tended to slow half way through that second , we have a habit of that and giving the opposition 4 or 5 goals in the start of the third.
But wow when we play good we are impressive .

Is it confirmed ACL? Looks pretty chill for a bloke that’s done his knee.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

His parents getting some consolation in the change rooms at half time doesn't bode well.

Really was. I didn't expect it after the way they were able to get us on the spread in the first quarter, and the obvious flattening of the injury. I was as flat as you could get, I can only imagine it'd be difficult for the players.

Perhaps the real test is after half time, but couldn't ask for a better response, and led by HIM.

You would get pretty amazing odds against it. His brother and sister were pretty much in tears after seeing him in the rooms.
Think I've heard in the past with ACL you get that immediate intense pain then it's ok, just wobbly.

Hynes is not ready for AFL. He. Needs a good run before he is considered again
