    Hahaha

Small clubs should support each other but North are not interested.

Interestingly the 35K crowd drawn between the Dogs and Saints was bigger than most, if not all of our Good Friday clashes. I really hope the Dogs and Saints can make this marquee match a big deal going forward, Sunday night football works great in the NFL and with it being a long weekend, these two clubs should really try and build it up as a big fixture game
Ameet is going to discuss with the AFL whether they can make Easter Sunday a mareque game

Imo it's better than Good Friday, although North being woeful in that timeslot always hasn't helped make it feel like it's bigger than a crappy Sunday early game.
Why is it that North get the game not us. We both started it and it should be rotated them one year the. Us the next. This would also allow the fixture to have any other side against us two based on performance

I agree, small clubs like Nth Melbourne should support other small clubs. Shouldn’t be on us to have to carry them.

Good Friday was never going to be our home game anyway so I am glad we are out of it, and unless North dig themselves out of this hole and start being consistent over several seasons it will never be a real footnote on the AFL calendar either.

Hope we do our best to make Easter Sunday ours.
