Could you imagine the vitriol and hate at English if he didn't kick that! A lot of it would have been coming from me!
                TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

Cont Poss even, but we have 10 more clearances - all in stoppages

Tim has been pretty good IMO. I still would like him to take a few marks - that part of his game has fallen away - but everything else has been good.

Some of his tap work and aggression in the ruck has enabled that. Matching Briggs and probably better around the ground. Still needs to take more marks.

Improve that and we are up by three or four. Dale and Freijah guilty late that quarter

His ruckwork has been much better this year, it's arguably come at the cost of his transition work.
Is he a couple of kgs heavier this season? That would explain his strength in contests but less mobility around the ground. He does seem to be spending a couple of minutes fewer per quarter on the ground too.

Mistakes be stuffed, I am really enjoying the growth of this side. We look like a team that knows how we want to play, and what's more, what we need to do to get in on our terms. Other teams are in turn struggling to always keep us out of controlling large parts of a game. Our ability to transition the ball from defense to forward is really enjoyable to watch right now.
We've still got loads to work on, but I look at all our role players and they really look like they know what they have to do. Hopefully consistent, reliable execution follows!

Bit of a concern we haven't taken more of an advantage. If GWS get on top, we don't really look capable of stopping their forwards.

Good first half though. They're a hard side to crack, and we've acquitted ourselves very well for a half.

Busslinger has looked pretty solid and hasn't pannicked. He certainly follows up the play well. Some of the defensive efforts have been good.

JOD doing well enough on Hogan, who has become a super player. He's at the peak of his powers, strong, smart and fit, hard to stop. JOD competing well.

Extremely happy at this point , our backline is kids it’s been so good to watch so far .
I don’t care what people think of Bevo he has the players learning and playing for him . Yes we will get blitzed at times but this is going to become a very good backline.
Buss , excusing his one error has had a very good debut.
