Ironically I'll be going this Thursday......really hoping we turn it around.

I'm not sure what was done about this by the AFL but it was clear that was the attitude of the Hawthorn players and supporters. When I saw it - and don't get me wrong, I'm all over the "Our club was born in blood and boots" stuff from up in Blacktown - it really brought out the stupidity of the home ground advantage thing in AFL Finals.

I'm sure the AFL would have said something like "well, you guys got the home team ticket allocation, it's not our fault...." bs - but we actually EARNED that advantage and it should have been honoured. The club shouldn't allow it to happen again. We should play ALL of our finals at our preferred home ground venue.

My care factor about where is zero. But playing an MCG tennant at the MCG when we have earned a home game simply seems stupid.
