1. I thought we were good enough to challenge this year. We're not.
2. Naughton is actually not very good anymore. He used to be an absolute predator when the ball hit the ground.
3. I'd be fine if I never saw Cleary again.

1) drop everything and fix the backline, we’re going into games with 3 of Gardner, Bramble, Cleary, Baker & Doc - like that mix is bottom 4 backline tbh. Absolute trash, we need to spend everything we’ve got on fixing that first & foremost

2) English is BY FAR out biggest barometer
3) Naughton looks cooked and I'm not joking

Gunston dragging Lobb away was a great move

1. Scoreboard pressure when needed we fluffed it, whereas Hawks set shot were accurate

1. We made Hawks look once again like “Enter Sandman” while we were “Achy Breaky Heart”.

2. can we, for the love of God, tag Newcombe or had the ego or Bevo etc gone past such a simple coaching move?

3. Naughton is possibly the most overrated player in the AFL. And we signed THAT for 8 years.

1 - Liam Jones at 80% would've stopped 3 of those easy Hawks goals
2 - Decision making forward of centre was as bad as it's been. Dump kicks, going wide into the pocket to a small, not giving the extra handball to get someone in space.
3 - Richards is our best player. If Libba is to be used like that again, he's better off not playing.

1. I thought this group was different in its resilience and commitment. I was wrong.
2. The issues with Naughton’s form this year have escalated from a rumble to a major fire.
3. The contributions from a teams bottom 6 are crucial for success ( see us in 2016). our bottom 6 just can’t make that difference and own their moments and make their cameos matter.
