In first quarter in the centre, Poulter picked up ball , spin to avoid GWS player and hand passed to Richard who kicked into forward line to West, which resulted in a goal. We were on. Poulter was on fire in the first quarter.

Darcy's first goal , with his agility to pick up the ball was pretty special

Freijah has a pretty rounded game both physically, skill wise and mentally. Every team needs players adept at giving the needle in a controlled way.

The thing that held back Freijah going earlier in the draft was that a lot of recruiters thought he wasn't physical enough and lacked a bit of vigour. In recent weeks we seem to do some targeted drills with him on being a more competitive and hungry player.

I noticed early in the season that Freijah was happy to get in the face of opposition, great to see controlled arrogance for psych pressure.
