Keep... in a new role. He has genuine leg speed. As I have posted elsewhere, I would run him in the midfield. He would complement Ed nicely, adding a new dimension to our midfield - consistent pace.

In the 5 consecutive games at the end of the year Baker had 1 less disposal than Freijah despite getting 10% less game time.

He doesn’t disappear, he’s not actually there.

Has good leg speed which we don't have a lot of, works hard between the arcs and holds his width well as a winger meaning his team mates can use him to get the ball into space when under pressure. Keep as every club needs foot soldiers to complement the higher profile types.
        Terrific assessment Mitcha

He was in the clubhouse today along with Bailey Dale so I guess we can dedicated to his many attributes.

Oskar is a keep for me , he spreads better then most ,and has blistering pace when he decides to use that attribute , takes a fair few marks as well , Oskar is reaching that 50 game mark , where alot of players tend to improve .
Guys with genuine pace get more time to prove themselves in my opinion compared to the one pace players , because if and when the guys with pace click they become super valuable , nothing better then seeing a player breaking the lines , puts defences on high alert .
Hopefully Baker continues with his progession , and as Gary stated he would be super handy with his pace and desperation off the bench .

I pull out some hair with Baker but not so much in the 2nd half of the season. There were some really positive signs.
It's not often you see improvement in an experienced player like Baker.

By the way, thanks to Grantysghost for these threads as it's generating some much needed and mainly positive comments.

Fast and tough he's a keeper

His best footy was characterised by a real desperate, manful, physical attack on the ball and body to complement the gut running and long kicking game he can produce when on song.

we don’t have many that can find that element in their game often enough, so Baker is a start and sets a good example.

The right one to keep of he and Poulter, I think. Agree with others and although I ticked 'keep in current role' I like the ideas about moving him around. Seems a popular team man.

Agree with sentiment above. Shows intent. Has the wheels. seems like a good character. pirate friends could be an issue?

Also voted keep and I think current role. I don’t have him in my starting 25 at this stage, but he wouldn’t be far off and has versatility / attributes we need.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

I’m a fan , he goes hard , runs hard and wins one on ones more than loses.
As far as a fringe player is concerned he is probably the best you could have, holds his own.

Yeah I agree he's just the type of quality we need across our bottom 4 players.

I'm a fan, and voted to keep him in the same position, as many have pointed out he wrapped up the season really well.
He is a bit prone to turning the ball over sometimes, however I love his grunt work, enthusiasm and attitude.
He makes the opposition earn every possession and doesn't give up chase.
It's better to die on our feet than live on our knees.
