We have the worst points against tonight - as of 14/7/18, 8.45pm

Looking at the ladder now, we have the worst points against of the 17 teams in the comp. We have conceded more points than the other 16 teams, even the Suns.

(I dont count the bottom "team" who, as far as I can tell from last night, play in their underwear and would be whipped by the best VFL teams)

Why do we have the worst defensive record now? What's going wrong and how can we fix this for next year?

We play 8-9 defenders each week, tall and small. Maybe the mids aren't doing their job??

It’s our mids. Well it’s a bit of everything but mosty our mids. We’ve gone from having one of the best midfields to a skeleton midfield in 2 years. Not enough grunt and shocking disposal and vision leads to countless turnovers. Can anyone find stats on scores conceded from turnovers by team? The turnovers lead to our defenders being out of position. Yes our defensive line is inexperienced which doesn’t help but it’s mosty our mids. Our forwrd line is average too which leads to countless inside 50s either going uncontested or our forwards don’t know where to be. We don’t have small forwards to crumb. The coachin has also been average. Hasn’t adjusted to our current team abilities....hmmm we have a few issues....but the midfield is the major issue

It's our mids because we have 4 of them and we're bashing them into submission.

1139 points for and 1559 points against. The 2nd lowest but still the mob below are a compete rabble at the minute.
