For anyone interested in the numbers, it looks like:

Original deal was $7m for 7 years
First year w us was on first-contract dollars - $150k
    1.7m in 2016 and 2017
    A little under in 2018
Walks away w 1.5m left on contract which means he’d have been $750 a year 2020/21
    The dam wall has busted!

Bevo getting emotional about Tom at his presser here

Never been prouder of Bevo. One clip just sadness. One clip the anger. I hoped someone from the club would do the anger part.

Yep, gives Barrett (without naming him) a good old smashing here.

He spoke beautifully. As he says he (Bevo) is an emotional beast. Really talking from the heart about Tom.

Well spoken. Shots fired... no doubt the media will protect their own and possibly criticise Bevo but glad that it's been said how could you not want to play for him

Jeez that's powerful, affecting stuff. Nicely handled by the coach.

I’d imagine there’s a fair few who share Bevo’s opinion.

I'd happily flush Barrett's head down the dunny to keep up the bulldog tradition.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.
