Tim English may win a Brownlow?

I thought his match against Port yesterday was a stand out

With his height, being an on baller, and blonde hair my crazy call is that he will get close to winning a Brownlow in the next 5 years. Potentially before the Bont.

Big call. But crazy things can happen in the AFL. If he keeps improving who knows.

We have too many players who get votes, can only see Bont overcoming that.

Let's dial it back a notch until his hitouts either lead to us winning the clearances or he is able to win more of the ball in and around the clearances before we start talking Brownlow.

English is superficially like John Schultz, a very blonde ruckman in red white and blue, who won a brownlow.

            Midfielder award.

If Grundy can't win it last year, I can't see any ruck winning it for a while

              Sounds like Scotty Wynd too.

Let's hope Tim gets to present a premiership cup too then.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

If Scotty Wynd can pinch one despite having the athleticism of a construction crane there's hope for English yet.

Must say he's very 'noticable' when he's racking up touches like an old school follower.

Last ruckman to win one, and that was almost 20 years ago

Not sure he can win a Brownlow but you never know and I agree with Mofra it is more midfielder award - I reckon Bont can definitely win one. Back to Tim let's see how he goes this season first. Very good signs in the first 2 marsh series games. He is primed to be a big improver this year.

It goes quick. I was only 3 years old in 1992 and just turned 31 last week.

My son turned 21 last year and I was talking to my ex about it. I said "far out where have the last 20 years gone?" She said "Well I've earned a PHd I don't know what you have been doing"
