I'd take 4 more goals for the game, lock it down.

As I suspected Cats were always going to fight back hard that Qtr and we needed to take our chances.
JJ's miss really set the change in tone.
He kicks that and we're 43 points up and the Cats haven't scored a goal. He missed and they immediately scored from Miers and sprung into action.
Bruce's miss also very costly. He's just a liability right now.

The Bruce one I may have facepalmed with a little too much force as the dog jumped off the couch.

Vand is not a good player to lose for the game either. Dicko has only had two touches. Not getting near it.

As if we all didn't know Bruce was going to miss that. You could have bet your life on it.

Really pleasing to see Naughton fly for a few grabs, Gardner look composed and Crozier get good intercept marking back.

It's really now up to the players and coach to problem solve now, and make adjustments like Geelong did in the 2nd.

As much as they're banging on about Geelong's brilliant quarter, they're a *!*!*!*!ing cheer squad in the commentary box. 2 easy set shots missed, that's it right there. We weathered the surge pretty well I thought, put those 2 goals on the board and we're in a better position.

Hard task to come in cold, but he's ice cold

                    Hunter - 17 touches at 94%. That's a crazy half

Defence has held up well, we've killed the high balls and held firm when it's hit the ground.

We stupidly started going backwards with our ball movement. Twice Hunter kicked backwards and we stuffed it and they kicked goals.

The free against Gardner was rubbish. Bont has only 3 touches in each quarter. Not sure what he is doing tonight?

Need to get back to fast ball movement and stop chipping it around. English needs to ruck the whole of the second half.

Keath made some poor errors that Qtr.
The dodgy pass from half backninto the centre corridor and then he attempted to go the mark when a punch was the go; result saw Gardner under pressure and getting unfairly pinged for holding the ball.

Best part for Dicko is he only needs a couple of decent looks and he will make them count.
We get the first goal then its a decent lead again.

You can always count on Danger to pop up and have a huge one against us. Bont needs to stand up in the second half and put his stamp on the game.
