Long term, what do we do with Tim? Nice skills, but timid and easily spooked.

Either we support him with experience (Ryder would have been handy...) Or we trade him and get maximum value to improve areas elsewhere.

I'm sick of seeing him destroyed not only on the ruck but around the ground against Grundy/Hawn/Ryder/Marshall/Naitanui.

Agree. You cannot teach aggression. I fear he will never be a number 1 ruckman. I am more confident with Bruce in the ruck.
