Yes I know and not remotely the same thing.

We have paid social club memberships for absolutely naught the past 2 years, I hope the club is planning to at least throw a small bone our way.

Sorry, by we I was only referring to myself and my Dad (although it would likely be true for +95% of social club members).

Fixture reveal sees 5/9 games not really appropriate for my daughter to attend. Pretty much renders her kids membership useless if that pattern extends into the 2nd half of the season.

Broader AFL membership numbers are just plain terrible. How many 1 game memberships and giveaways are in these numbers???

This year it was revealed that memberships that have no minimum spend are counted by the AFL. A lot of clubs have reported totals and increases that are BS (eg GWS and Norf). You can tell from their financial statements that their revenue figures are hugely inconsistent with their totals and with other clubs.

Norf had about 200 less members than us this year but over $2m less membership revenue and free memberships were easily available on their website. GWS' membership revenue is tiny and totally inconsistent with their 30k total.

I'm interested in our total though as there has been overall consistency between this and revenue in recent years.

Yesterday was the deadline to secure your same reserved seat. I wonder how many have? I got a text and then sent an email in to confirm

True, but if what the club has said is true (that we have never had 30k prior to Xmas before), we're a fair chance.
