Not watching it but a mate is there.
Last report was we've kicked a couple of goals, Martin and Hannan.

              VDM having an absolute mare.

Obviously can’t take much out of it so far, but not much to write home about. Marra looks no where near it, Naughton is still missing gimmes and our mids are getting belted.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Vandermeer pressure is good, but has been very poor with the footy.

Naughton hasn't really clunked anything yet, and has flown for quite a few. Should've converted from straight in ront in the opening minute.

Richards getting involved off half back as a distributor, and has had a couple of involvements in the air.

Schache was involved in a lot of contests in the first half of the quarter, and acquitted hismelf well on the switch kicks. Going alright.

Aside from Hunter, Treloar and Dunkley our main guys have felt quiet to me. Essendon the better side but we have been better on the break.

It's a practice match and i definitely think we look like we are treating it as such. Our intensity isn't quite there.

Also umpires are paying a lot of marks that I would argue weren't controlled long enough, unsure if thats just today or if its gonna be a new thing.
I should leave it alone but you're not right

Essendon also often left an extra defender down back. Not sure if they're pushing one back or if we're bringing an extra number upfield to try and cover the midfield but it's quite noticeable that most of our entries forward were going into an extra number.

                          Schache has been composed.

That Naughton mark was outrageous, had no right to clunk it.

Really poor handling error by Hunter. Has to be way better than that.

Lots of short kicking from us so far. Playing controlled I like it.

One thing I've noticed standing on the boundary is the difference in voice.
                                We are very quiet.
                                Dons are very loud.
Schache probably the only one saying anything in defence. Actually organsing quite well.
