Hi All,

Well we are down to the last 4 get your votes in and we'll wrap it up. I won't included the new recruits as there is nothing to go on and I'll leave out desisted and retired players as there is no point.

Like last time I'll count down from the highest number to the lowest but I thought the poll rating this time will go on a different tack and get Woofers thoughts on how they rank from Elite to Below Average.

I hope current performance doesn't reflect on last years assessment.

A four-time All Australian and four-time Charles Sutton Medallist, Marcus Bontempelli continues to establish himself as one of the competition’s premier midfielders. Taken with pick number four in the 2013 National Draft, Bontempelli made his AFL debut in Round 5, 2014. The former Northern Knight is proficient around the contest, has a damaging left foot and possesses the ability to hit the scoreboard. He was also a key member of the Club’s 2016 drought-breaking premiership. In 2020 the 25-year-old was elevated to the captaincy, and in 2021 claimed the AFLPA MVP Trophy and Best Captain award, and was named vice-captain of the All Australian side. He also finished runner-up in the 2021 Brownlow Medal count.

Not sure what's going on with him but if I was to base him on current form It would be average to above average. Short of icing last weeks game with a goal I can't remember much his done this season.

Overall career? Best in the game.

I was being a bit tongue in cheek but yes certainly hasn’t hit his peak so far. He’s carrying a fair load out there, I’ve noticed he is really doing a lot of coaching and gesticulating during games, plus probably carrying that ankle.

Looked to be coming good last week.

Elite clearly, probably the best player in the game and will end up being the best ever Dog!

Yeah he of the match saving spoil and match winning goal is having an average year. This is why we can’t have nice things.
