Rating our list 2021: Adam Treloar 01

    Hi All,

Well we are down to the last 4 get your votes in and we'll wrap it up. I won't included the new recruits as there is nothing to go on and I'll leave out desisted and retired players as there is no point.

Like last time I'll count down from the highest number to the lowest but I thought the poll rating this time will go on a different tack and get Woofers thoughts on how they rank from Elite to Below Average.

I hope current performance doesn't reflect on last years assessment.

Gun midfielder Adam Treloar was one of the bigger talking points of the 2020 AFL Trade Period, arriving at the Kennel in a final-minute trade. Treloar began his AFL career at GWS, signed as an under-age recruit, and played 79 games across four seasons from 2012. He then requested a trade home and landed at Collingwood, managing 94 games between 2016 and 2020. As a Bulldog, he featured on 17 occasions in season 2021, averaging 23.2 disposals, 3.2 clearances and 4.3 tackles. A syndesmosis injury in round 10 sidelined him for nearly three months, returning just in time for the Bulldogs’ finals run

I may be on my own here but for the Bulldogs I've got him above average but I do have a reason.
1: He missed a fair chunk of last season through injury.
2: I think he has a weakness on his defensive side of his game. Looks good when he gets on the outside and that may be enough but sometimes he gives up on the chase or that's what it looks like from my flat screen.

I have him as above average as well but he does have elite abilities. On form so far for us I have him as above average but I'm backing that I will regard him as elite by the end of the year.

He is an footballer to watch when he is playing well.

Above average, goalkicking mids are hard to find
