        How good is the Hawk? I was truly blessed to see all of his career. He made really good players look like park footballers. And he stepped his game up in finals.
        They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

          Elite on both sides of his body. Maybe the best ever although Bobby Skilton was superb.

            I don't know who organised it but he turned up at my uncle's 80th birthday. Given that my whole family are fanatical Footscray supporters he ended up sitting and talking footy with pretty much everyone, he must have been there for 3 or 4 hours.
