Dunno exactly why, but when Ellie kicked that goal to put us in front, I got very emotional.

She’s just a superb representative of our club and it’s great to be back in the finals, she deserves some big moments.

Blackburn’s goals were top shelf. What a star, she was the difference. So lucky to have her. All class.

Some our on ballers were being scragged and umps did nothing. Umps evened it ups but in last quarter but really it’s like chook lotto what they decide.
Crazy umpiring in this game, with the officials simply refusing to blow their whistle. Not so much the case of one side getting the run of the green either, moreso just that they let too much go, probably based on the conditions. Made for dangerous footy, I thought.

Me too. Diving onto the ball and taking the legs allowed tonight.

What baffled me was all the ruck frees against Edmonds.
I know ruck frees are a toss of the coin but most of the decisions had me stumped.

Same SoS and again when the siren went.

I've just watched the highlights again and I still get a shiver down the spine.

Loved how Lamb in the final minute or so split the pack and held the ball up as Carlton were looking to go forward again.

She said, yeah, nah, I'm killing this contest and whoever gets in my way.

When Blackburn retires, she will be in the top 10 of players in our history. Male or female.

Lamb is just all in, all the time. Kamikaze.

Funnily enough her facial expression reminds me of Rohan Smith. Very likeable character.
