I'm not sure anyone is saying Baker is a Hunter replacement but the idea of having a winger that could potentially play next year makes sense for mine. Actually a lot of the recruitment in the off season has made a lot of sense, not sure we have much to complain about.
What next? Treloar in the midfield rd1?

Two ways to look at those highlights.
1. He doesn't do a lot
2. He's a good tackler and can bring a defensive edge to our wing

Looks like we're keen to move the ball faster. Hunter out Baker in may help.But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.Comment

It would have been nice to see some highlights where he tucks the ball under his arm and uses his pace, but there were some nice glimpses in there regardless.
Snap on the right foot, snap on the left foot, some big defensive tackles, receiving the ball out wide. I don't expect him to be all Australian but I'm sure he can contribute something.Comment
