Joel will be a very good player and this will be a learning curve of where he needs to get to, give him a couple of pre seasons and he will be a tank.

I'm really pleased about this. He's been doing well at Footscray, providing a point of difference.
When we were at our best in 2015-16, we were happy to blood deserving youngsters. It keeps enthusiasm up amongst the group.
He could be one of those guys that once he makes it in the team, never goes out, Ryan Hargrave-style."I'll give him a hug before the first bounce and then I'll run into my pack and give them orders to rip him apart."Comment
