He has come on far quicker than we would have expected. There's a lot to like. His play on the wing with desperation was fantastic.

        This guy.

He’s doing an incredible job. How high is his ceiling and where does he end up playing his best footy?
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

He's not quite getting the recognition in the media yet but I think he's been getting a lot of respect and appreciation from the supporters.

He’d have to be in the top 5 or some rising star players I’d have thought? He’s been consistent, more steak than sizzle maybe and plays behind a few other big name youngsters with us so not getting the attention. That’s ok. It’ll come.

That intercept on the HFF reminded me of when Bont stole the ball from Hodge in 16.

The kid can play. Can?t wait for his body to develop and gain that extra pace.

Big fan. His ability to slot in immediately has had a massive impact because it?s allowed Prince Ed to move into the midfield full time.

Good call. And JJ in 2016 in GF.

Freijah plays like a taller Richards when he was a defender, just straight lines the ball. Really impressed by the young lad that he has come into a team with a defence that has looked suspect this year and looked like an AFL player from the start.

Has really surprised me. Has determination for the contest, doesn’t panic, good disposal and run. He will only get better too.
I will never see #16 the same!!

I thought he was exceptional last night watching Arty and Clarke fumble city yesterday at VFL level compared with this kid.

Once he gets more confidence he will do more damage with ball in hand and will also back his running ability just perfect timing really with our changes off HBF.

I can't say for sure as I haven't seen him play in person yet, but he just seems to be one of those players who doesn't look quick but in reality can move quite well. He can run all day as per his scouting reports etc, and is very clean and composed with ball in hand. Just a very smooth mover who never seems to panic. If he put an extra metre on that last kick he took from the intercepted handball in the last quarter it would have been a career highlight play for him.

He’s plenty quick, he just has the posture of a 45 year old office worker.

Ball handling and composure are absolutely elite - he just seems to one-grab everything. I think his decision making is a huge stand-out as well. There was one point where he pulled a kick and took a short option into the corridor that was the kind of pass Bailey Dale would hit.

I like him as a back - he's quick, he's big, he's strong at the contest and he's safe with the footy - think he could be that hybrid, 190cm-ish defender who can play on all types.
