Re: WOOF Player Awards - RD2 vs Gold Coast Suns 2024
4. Libba
3. Weightman
2. Bont
1. L. Jones
I probably missed out a few which is a good sign. Lots of solid performances today. Richards very solid, along with Treloar. Liked how Darcy went and Sanders will keep growing as he gets more experience.

Do we really have to debate this again?
The best player starts and finishes with Weightman today.
Parcel out the rest of the votes as you see fit but if you are a small forward and you kick 6-goals, well...you CANNOT DO ANY MORE TO INFLUENCE THE OUTCOME.
Liber, Bont and Treloar were truly amazing - heart and soul, cracking in, winning the footy, tackling and chasing. But in terms of impact Weightman put up a once in a season type small forward performance.

I don't disagree with your commentary. It is a 10/10 small forward game.
Does a 10/10 small forward game have more influence and better than a 9/10 midfield game?
The umpires say no from the history of the Brownlow. But there would be a lot of people that would say it is.
