    Great achievement by all 3.

Bont will make it, obviously, but I would love Treloar to get the nod. Well deserved, a super year.

Dale would have to go close. Ordinary in the first 4-5 weeks, quite outstanding thereafter. Is there any other HB in the league that gets tagged as much as he does? I'm biased, but I've been surprised he hasn't been spoken about more. He's an absolute weapon.

Can definitely make a case for Bont HFF (C), Treloar mid, Dale HBF... Probably in that order.

Dale’s season has been unbelievably good. Hard to believe it started out the way it did.

I’d love to see Dale get another nod. Defender positions are at a premium though.

Bont should be C and Treloar a bench spot I expect.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

We are biased as we watch them closely every week. But I do think that all three have had AA seasons.

Wouldn’t surprise me to see Cripps get the (C)
Bont deserves, and if Treloar isn’t there, it’s an absolute disgrace.
Dale? Hmm 50/50 chance I’d say. Horrible start.
I will never see #16 the same!!

Dale even though an AA, would be one of the most underrated players in the AFL I reckon.

Dale won’t make it because of the sub stink but he’s had an awesome year. I think the other two are locks.

Um - what exactly does Liam Jones have to do?

We are the number #1 rated defensive side and had one defender nominated - a run and carry (to be fair, he defends pretty well these days but his role is as a kicker/runner) high half back.

I continue to be staggered by the lack of recognition he receives. Meanwhile, Carlton have conceded 200+ points more than us and I have no doubt (haven't seen the list) that Weitering has been nominated?
What should I tell her? She's going to ask.

At least the Players association know what they are doing:

Three Dogs have been recognised for their great H&A seasons, being nominated for the 2024 @AFLPlayers
MVP Award. Bont, Adz and Jones

                            Its pretty amazing

I also think there are plenty of nominations who have had not the impact of Ed Richards over the season
