A heap of National services are open. Family businesses will often shut which is understandable.
While I don't think it's much of an issue for the club to shut down for a couple of weeks over Xmas it wouldn't be an issue at all if they got the memberships they processed right to start with.
We've been selling memberships for years and should have it down to an almost exact science by now.
Instead every year we are hearing the same things where the club hasn't quite gotten it right.

Membership was outsourced at one stage. Not sure if it is still the same.

My memberships are processed by the club and there has been some challenges with that. We are a loyal bunch of supporters who ride the bumps for them.

My son recevied his 10 year membership certificate which is impressive because he's only 8! When you think about it though it is correct, it is his 10th year of membership after I signed him up at birth in 2016.

Just to let everyone know, if you receive a $20 voucher with your membership to cover your scarf or cap, all shipping is free.

              Thanks BAD.

Weird this year, I’ve been digital member for a few years now & I changed hubby to same part way through last year. Received scarf & plastic card, 100 year badge etc. for both our memberships in mail a few weeks ago. Didn’t bother letting them know of stuff up. Sounds like digital membership & no plastic cards still available though.
              Josie :)

Same. Last year I elected to get the voucher, this year I didn't get any choice that I was aware of, just recevied the scarf and member pack. Perhaps I missed something?

I got the scarf/membership pack just before Christmas and then got an email today with a voucher as well...

I was talking to a player sponsor on Wednesday and his two membership packages arrived with Top Dog scarfs. It will get sorted easily enough but he wasn't that happy about it.

We were 36,470 on 31/01/24 so it's a sizeable difference.

The Roos, Saints and Demons are all in the 38-39k range.

Non-Crossley recruitment years are about 10% less than this one. I believe the surge in membership today will probably get Crossley over the line. He’s a licence to print money.

Does someone mind posting the membership article the age released over the weekend? Basically a summary of other clubs memberships. Apparently Port have one for $5,990!!!
