WESTERN Bulldogs pin-up Daniel Giansiracusa is a first-time father.

The footy forward and his wife, Kelly, welcomed daughter Ruby Iris on Monday.

The bub - whose middle name is Kelly's grandmother's - was more than a week overdue.

"Both are healthy," Giansiracusa said.

"(Kelly) did an amazing job."

The couple has moved out of their multi-level Fitzroy warehouse conversion for something a little more kiddie-friendly. . .

Alright everyone you can admit that you're atleast a little dissapointed that the kids not a boy. I know I am. Westy should have been giving advice to the players on how to do it.
