I'm thinking The Beard could probably play on without Huddo, maybe as a small forward. And anyway, the actual shaving of the beard would only be another chapter in our Hirsute Journey. The Beard has already staked it's place in AFL history. The Appreciation Society will continue to appreciate the greatness of beard regardless of the ebb and flow of folicularity.

Just because he shaves it, doesn't mean he cannot grow it again. There beard is always there, lurking, constant.
