We had a lot of good contributors that day, but he was still a bit unlucky.

        Boydy off to a flyer.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

Thanks BB, just out of curiosity, was there a drop off in voting after a loss?

Yes, unfortunately there was a big drop in the vote giving this week...I guess when the Dogs are flying so are the votes. It would be good though to get everyone's input after a loss - in some ways it gives a clearer indication of the better players on the day. When we win there is always a plethora of good players combining together so more to choose from.

I didn't get to watch the whole game, so didn't vote. Given the poor FTA access we've had on TV I think quite a few people are struggling to see the games each week, and hence not voting.

As with others my not voting has less to do with the result and more to do with not seeing the game. I voted on the first 3 games as I saw them. It's hard to work out the good players from the bad on an intermittent internet radio broadcast that got switched off halfway through the last quarter.
I'd also say that there was a great deal of input on other threads about the loss. There was no shortage of suggestions on who should be dropped.

Same as The Underdog, I didn't get a chance to see the game so my votes would have been meaningless as a result.

Thanks for the feedback guys - yes, I understand lack of tv coverage etc and some people not having Foxtel this would have contributed to a few lower numbers. Generally, though after a loss the voting isn't as strong as is the case after a win
