This version has not been heard for some time now, I found the lyrics appropriate given where our team is at. Some of you (young folk) may not even be aware that this version ever existed. here it is how I remember it........

I distinctly remember on World of Sport, during the Club Corner segments, a Mike Brady sung version that went something like this:

Correct, I love it that I am not the only one who has saved some useless information in the memory bank.

Thanks Hot dog that was great. It bought back so many memories from when I was a kid running around the western oval collecting cans and sliding down the barkly st end hill on card board boxes. I think my parents still have that record somewhere at home too.
