To put it simply it's;

unless

x*!= Σx / n=<15

In which case

s2*!= Σ ( xi*!-*!x*!)2*!/ ( n - 1 )/1.1

is used to calculate

√s2*!= Σ ( xi*!-*!x*!)2*!/ ( n - 1 )
