Spoiler = Hahn. Just not involved enough and isn't contributing like he should

Guns = Boyd for his work ethic, Lake for the job he did on Franklin and Picken for his defensive efforts.

Money = A passage of play by Callan Ward where he ran through some traffic and delivered the ball to Johnson.

Spoiler - Eade. Leaving Mitchell on his own for the entire 4th quarter killed us. Hahn very fortunate to not get this spot.

Guns - Boyd, Lake and Murphy - gave us a lift in the 4th when we could get nothing happening in our forward line.

Money - Can't think of one!

Spoiler - Mitch just did nothing not even take his man away from Hall.

Guns - Boyd and Cross gave it all, all night. Lake owns Buddy.

Money - As above Callan Ward run through the back, but just pipped by Murphys side step earlier on.
        BB.

Looking forward - Naughton, Darcy and JUH. It will be the envy of everyone.

            Spoiler-

Higgins- shithouse doesn't even describe him at the moment. We're a 3-4 goal better side when he doesn't play

            Guns

Boyd- back to his best last night, tough, won contested possessions, and tried to lift the side. Lake- just an average game for Lake, easily the beat defender in the AFL. Murphy- added some skill and composure to a team regularly losing its head.

            Money

Ward's pick up and kick to Johnson in the goal square

              Spoilers

              Hahn - obvious

Higgins - who had a shocking night compounded by the fact he handballed to Grant who was coming in to shepherd him. Was trying to leave an important kick to put us back in front to a 10th gamer. Not good for a supposed future captain.

              Guns

Boyd - His hard work was brilliant. Was starting to think his year wasn't up to previous but he answered emphatically

Lake - 28 touches and 18 marks. Plus kept 'Jesus himself' to 3 goals (1 was really earnt)

              Money

Will have to go with the Ward kick to Johnno. Not a lot to pick from though

Calls for his ascendancy to the captaincy have amused me for a while.

Spoiler = Hahn. Has really lost touch and is a level below most of the field atm. BJ. Falls over constantly, bumped off the ball easily, and what was with the lack of bouncing when he got done in the last? Higgins for his lacklustre efforts in recent games when he's played, also for the average attempt inside 50 with 8 mins left.

Guns = King Brian of Lake

Money = Easton Wood streaming into space with seconds to go in the game, only to bet on the wrong horse.

Higgins - One example: A passage of play in the 4th quarter when we were 3 points behind, the ball was turned over in the middle and was kicked long into our forward 50. Higgins caught the ball on the run, and continue running towards the goal. He could have run few more steps and kicked a goal. He could have passed on the ball cleanly to Grant, to Gia, to Johnno, to Hall but ... he fumbled and turned over the ball. The game was there to win at that very moment. He could have been a match winner but ... (so much talent and so much disappointment)

Guns = 3 players that stood out on the night and the reasons why?
Lake - Enjoying watching him playing on Franklin and keep him quite for nearly the whole match
Boyd - Tireless efforts through the whole game
Picken - He is really strong in his body language

Money = Someone who's skills stood out in the game? This can be one particular passage of play.
I agree with other posters about the passage of play where Ward picked up the ball at the outer of 50m and kicked long to Johno which the resulted in an easy goal.
