Saw Shaggy at Wesley College today, hobbling around on a crutch.

Missy Higgins has been on restricted training due to back spasms since before the 5 day break. Precautionary more than anything, so said Rocket yesterday.

Anyone think he's likely for Round 1?

Getting him to play for Willy suggests he is only match fitness away now, but it may take a few weeks before he is ready. I'll say no.
If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

Round 3 or 4 has been the consistent message for Lake to play. Anything earlier would be a bonus.

My first thought when I saw the title of this thread was....."hope this thread never has many posts during the season!". Still hoping.....

I think if he is plays this week for Willi, he will play round 1. I can't see him playing a couple of games for Willi

I can't see the coaching staff risking him either. If it takes until Round 4, they'll wait. He's our most important player.

I agree. Will be surprised if he plays more than one game for Willi.

He's not even a definite starter for this week's Willi game. No chance for round one and I'd be putting money on him being nursed until after our first bye.
I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken.
