Shame that he is now lost to the club if he ever regains the passion to play football - unless we rookie listed him in the future or redrafted him

Sometimes brevity isn't the best way of getting a point across. Not sure where the new coach would stand on Lovett but can't imagine he'd be too keen.

This must've been an ongoing thing behind closed doors; seems strange to just delist someone out of the blue rather than try to talk it out with them.

Hope there's nothing too sinister here, and that Jayden's okay.

He hadn't been back at training this preseason, and I knew he'd been given extended leave, so it's been going on for a least a few weeks, but this announcement has certainly been a shock.
