    Always felt Steven Kretiuk sacrificed his game to play as a defender on the bigger forwards.

    He could have been a big bodied midfielder but was required to defend much of his career.

      Matthew Boyd?
      Most players have to be dragged kicking and screaming away from CBAs. He went to HB, and the rest is history

        Maybe but I’d also argue that we sacrificed our collective games by having him as the #1 mid for a couple of years.

          Ted Whitten. Captain Coach at age 23 until age 32, I believe. Huge responsibility. Would have been a great burden in a era when we only made finals once.
