11 changes to the list, what do we think, is it an improvement?
I looked at released players and our new adds and believe we have less Ekers or list cloggers and more of a list that will compete for a shot at the senior side, I see more depth on the coming years and more team orientated players. People's thoughts on our list compared to last year ?

So did we actually upgrade one of the existing rookies from last season given we took Goodes in this year's rookie draft?

We could take another rookie spot because we passed on or PSD selection. Instead of having 40 + 4 rookies we have 39 + 5 rookies which also gives us the option of upgrading one of them in round 1 I believe.

My logic circuts must be burnt out. This is my calculation of our new warriors. There are 10:

“The Beast” Stringer
“Cool McCool” Macrae
“Atom Ant” Hrovat
“The” Hunter
Kobe “The Earthquake” Stevens
“Seymour” Prudden
“Bluey” Young
“Lightening” Johannisen
“Soupcan” Campbell
“Adam’s Brother” Goodes

Which unit have I missed listing?

Is the statement below a clue?

"Cruel to be Kind" Lower has now been allocated to a permanent database slot.

Can we still promote "The Dictator" Lin Jong-il?

That would be the icing on the yellow-cake in my estimation.

With Lower we're 39 + 5 so yeah, we should be able to elevate Jong.

Not so sure Jong is the man if we look at team balance. Given Morris is under an injury cloud, Williams history, Markovich recent injury conerns, Austin may play more than not.

Obviously, I rate Jong based on his few games last year and thought he would be promoted to get another 6 or thereabouts games in 2013. He has to learn to cover up and protect himself a bit more, though. Our post season recruiting has pushed him back in the pecking order it would seem. Maybe the Austin camp have a better claim. Maybe after the full pre-season Goodes gets the nod if he continues to impress - the press would love that story.

Not so sure Jong is the man if we look at team balance. Given Morris is under an injury cloud, Williams history, Markovich recent injury conerns, Austin may play more than not.

Seems like the logical choice. Redpath an outside chance as well which is just speculation on my behalf.

Big improvement over last year. I wanted at least 10 changes and we got it.
