Hill sprints have to be just about the worse, along with stair running and wall squats.
Hill climbs are the hardest fitness orientated thing ive ever had to do. That hill in Brimbank Park is one of the worse. Its fairly short, about 200m id say but atleast 40 degree in most parts. Bloody rewarding at the end though.

More importantly, where is Vick? And why Judd?

Thanks for the reports from training, but ive got one question.

How do you go to the sessions when they say there closed to the public? Do you just go in the gate(near the train station) cause i always see that open when im driving to and from work.

Depending if you are lucky you can force your way in but it is a building site so it will be stopped if it gets out of hand.

But the one big thing is he can't really impose himself on a game. He played 1 decent game for werribee against a week tasmania side with jack riewoldt in the side a couple of seasons back but hasn't matched that level since.

He needs to get 15 kicks a game, he'd be lucky to get half that last year.
Fair enough Cyber but I dont fully agree with you.

I thought in his first year in the VFL he started the season superbly on a wing before injuries hit the senior Bulldog side and the depth in the VFL team was limited, and the midfield lacked dynamic runners apart from him, which basically meant he was getting tagged every week. The same thing happened to Higgins of course who was basically tagged from his very first game of VFL footy.

Last year he just didn't seem to get any continuity with his fitness. When he's played in the senior team he's never really been given a role where he could get that many kicks.
I think he can get it enough its just a question of the role he is given and whether his disposal can really hurt a team.

When i went there the other week all the fencing was still up with the renovations happening, do they allow fans in?

I find Welsh playing across half back an intereting proposition. It hadn't occured to me before but he actually has all the attributes to be a really good attacking defender. He is a very good reader of the game and a fine athlete. It certainly gives him some nice verstility.

Any report on Cam Wight playing CHF or has he mainly played in defence?
