Re: WOOF Player Awards - Round 13, 2014 v Collingwood
Can't remember a game for a long time where the votes have been this hard.
4. Libba. Said in the 3 things thread, his potential may be limitless. Extraordinary.
3. Griffen. Shook a hard tag and hard knocks to provide a classic Captain's game.
2. Jones. Career best game. If he sticks the hanger in the first and dobs his fifth goal he challenges for BOG.
1. Bontempelli. Just oozed class all game. When the whole 7 commentary box is gushing over you, you know you've made it. 200 game player.

4/ Libba. I don't like equating our players with players from other clubs but Libba could be our GAJ.
3/ Bont. Unbelievable will and determination to affect so many contests especially in the third quarter. I love that thing he does when he slaps the ball out an opponent's hand just as he goes to handball it.
2/ Dal. I was worried when he went into the midfield that we'd lose more than we gained but he was our best midfielder in the first half.
1/ Jones. Fantastic defensive efforts and to top it off with 4 goals. It must be much easier to play in a forward line when the ball comes in like that rather than sideways and up and down and all around. If he'd nailed the goal to seal the game I would have given him more votes.

2/ Libba
1/ Bont
But really;
Team effort.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

4. Libba - outstanding
3. Jones - huge influence on the result and his best game for the club
2. Griffen - back to his best this game
1. Roughie - solid down back, read the game well and repelled a number of attacks.
