Development once drafted

Even though this is not 100% but certain draftees don't make it I think it's a contributing factor. Interested to get your thoughts in this key area that is very important. Sure you could see some great highlights of these guys and draft them but if the development is not there its no good. Do we have confidence in our development team at the club that they'll get it right as well.

I think we're pretty well setup to develop new players. Our focus lately has been on fast tracking the development of our younger players and we have increased the number of coaches. We're not a Hawthorn or Sydney that could be excused for focusing on the senior players in pursuit of a premiership in the here and now.
