First time I've seen footage of that Essendon game from 1996, it would have been Chris Grant's first Brownlow if we had hung on. We go ahead so late in the game but bloody Joe Misiti of all people ends up with the ball in his hands for the last kick of the game in easy goal scoring distance.

Hopefully that sort of thing really is the mark of the old time bulldogs.
