Boyd, Schache and Redpath won't provide finals-like defensive pressure between them. The only way I can see it working is if Roughy is out and Schache/Boyd share ruck duties so there's only one of them in the forward half at any one time.

Shame Roughy is the best mark of all of them - he's the worst kick for goal in the side and perhaps the worst I've seen, although Honeychurch is a solid contender.
Jenkins is made to look much better than he is because he gets the third (or fourth) best defender. Taking off to Brisbane (where he would have copped the #1 defender at least in the first few years) would have been a disaster for him.

The thing with Jenkins is when he hurts you he really hurts you. He has more off days than on but when he's on he really torches teams. Sure he is a Joe the goose specialist but he's bloody good at what he does.

He makes it look easy but if it was as easy as he makes it look then we'd all be doing it.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.
