Great news. People like Moz are the heart and soul of footy clubs. Dual role!Comment

Re: Morris among Bulldogs coaching casualties
It is interesting we moved on Joel Corey and Jordan Russell who have both been at the club for a number of years in a few different coaching roles - development and midfield. Beveridge and Grant must be extremely happy with how Maddox goes about it to keep him on.
Interestingly I think I read Port Adelaide took the view that everyone took a pay cut so all their assistant coaches could stay on in 2020.More of an In Bruges guy?Comment

Re: Morris among Bulldogs coaching casualties
This sounds like really tricky ground. Coterie group work would not be part of the soft cap - and anything to do with players/player development is. IF we are sneakily (but quite obviously) trying to squeeze him in by doing this....it seems a bit more of a Carlton/Essendon move than a Western Bulldogs move, to be honest.Comment

I'd imagine some staff in the coteries team were actually let go, so is it a bit unusual to have an ex-player/coach moved into a full time role they have no previous experience in?Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.Comment
