It was chef's kiss.

    @ 1:55.

I know it's old but just look at this. Carey should be made to watch this with his eyes pinned open and Beethoven blaring over the top.

That had everything, sublime Bontempelli, Suckling trying to be cute and turning it over and Luke Darcy showing again how out of his depth he is by calling Sam Lloyd "Simon".

He's not saying Pendlebury is a better player. He's saying he rates him better than Bont in terms of how he moves through traffic.
Frankly, I disagree. The thought of Pendlebury being compared to Bont in anyway tells me one of two things. 1. He is grossly under-rating Bont, 2. I'm crazy. I think we all know I'm not crazy.

It was a decent article until that comparison but now I feel a little bit sullied by it.

But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

Carey may just have wanted to post a negative about Bont so he does not seem perfect.
Carey had to justify his existence with an article.
Fair enough but Bont's kicking is as good as anyone's.

I think the use of Beethoven would defeat the purpose of the exercise.

To be fair, we don't actually all KNOW that.

He's good in addition to his skills and stamina, for his character. He's a great club man and they want to play for him and with him.
It's a team game. Very proud to have him.
