Hope all woofers had an enjoyable Christmas Day. I’m half way through the ‘16 GF. I’ll do a reverse Bolo (from Mighty Boosh) and say - I’ve got a good feeling about this. Ahhh, that was a good day.
Josie :)
Our day will come
And we'll have everything.
We'll share the joy
Just like '54 again.

Just a great day October 1, 2016.
I was sitting up on Level 4 near the front Olympic stand and remember our supporters were in tears when we won. So much emotion after 62 long years.
I’m fortunate being still a younger Doggies supporter who was in my late 20s at the time.
Whitten Oval going there the next day was amazing with 30,000 other Doggie fanatics celebrating a premiership.
"Footscray people are incredible people; so humble. I'm just so happy - ecstatic"
We had our main family day Saturday and it was a great day, though unfortunately a smaller gathering was cancelled due to a virus across a couple of family members (they're fine, we just didn't want to spread it).
On the plus side this allowed me to bed rot until the afternoon, and after some low key drinks with friends I'm feeling about as good (and as light) as you're likely to at this time on a Christmas day!
Stay safe legends.
TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.
Congratulations to you and your lass/lad. Unbelievably exciting times ahead for you both. You are hopefully on the verge of starting a new Bulldog family. I hope you both make a real go of it.
Woof is the best site for news, information and analysis of the Western Bulldogs.
But beyond our beloved football team, we live in a dangerous and disturbing world that perhaps comes into sharper focus for people like me at Christmas time, with what is going on around the world in the Ukraine, Gaza, Somalia and other war torn places.
When I think of these things one sad song that always comes to mind is Where have all the flowers gone by Peter Paul and Mary.
If you don't know it, listen closely to the lyrics all the way through.
It held a great truth when it was sung in the early 1960s with the Vietnam War, and an even greater truth today.
I have no idea how to post an embedded YouTube video here, but here is the link. I commend you listen to this and think about it.
