That's just plain silly, all the other clubs have scouts watching TAC Cup games, know we have had them at training etc... It's not like we can squirrel them away until 2011. Their talent is & has been widely known for many years.

Watched them play a couple of times, very exciting.

Not suggesting we can squirrel them away - just not all the hoopla I've been reading.
The fight is here; I need ammunition, not a ride.

Its not the club that wrote the hoopla its the press, they do research and its not like its a secret if you watched the TAC grand final.

Actually its just stating the obvious, slow day in footy news.

              What about Mark hunter's kid?

Also doesn't Dougie have a kid as well?

Hey even if they cost us 1st and 2nd round picks next year, we'll probably be paying under the odds or at least evens as our picks will be around the 20's and 30's. We may actually be the only team that benefit from the draft bastardisation next year.
Admittedly keeping the numbers aside is a fairly obvious ploy but it's not like it's a huge secret. As TCD said, the other clubs know these guys and they'll cost us what they cost us regardless of media.

Considering who their fathers are and what they have achieved in their short careers, there was never a chance of that happening.

Apparently Marks kid has a future but sadly Dougs boy had a health problem from what I remember.

From memory I think you will find it is the same as Sam Reid has, so unless their was medical complications no reason why he couldn't play, unless it came down to ability.
More of an In Bruges guy?
