    Development of Jarrad Grant

Mark Stevens - Herald Sun - 23 April

MATTHEW Kreuzer, Trent Cotchin, Chris Masten, Cale Morton ... and, um, Jarrad Grant.

The first four names taken in the 2007 national draft are already well known, but No. 5 remains a mystery.

If you're not a Western Bulldogs fan, you have every right to ask "Jarrad who?"

Grant played one low-key game against Carlton last season and was quickly dropped.

    Re: Development of Jarrad Grant

Watched Willie play the collingwood on telly a couple of weeks ago and Grant actually surprised me. I finally started to see a player in him. He presented well, took a couple of great marks and kicked some pressure goals when collingwood were coming strong. I have been a bit of a knocker on him but as this article says, at pick 5 we tend to expect a bit. Good on you jarrad, I hope you play well against the crows.
They've done studies you know, 60% of the time, it works every time!

It's going to be very exciting tonight, with a couple of younger talls getting their opportunity.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?
