Cooney Re-Signs (the hyphen is important)

    Cooney commits to Dogs

WESTERN Bulldogs midfielder Adam Cooney has re-signed with the club for a further three years.

Out of contract at the end of the season and amid speculation he was high on the hit list of the new Gold Coast club, Cooney said this morning he was delighted to sign a deal that will almost certainly end his career as a one-club player.

        Yep, great news.

Let's hope he stays injury free and we get to see some great footy from 'Coon'.

When a young kid asks his dad, can I have Adam Cooney's number 17 on my back? Dad can respond "most certainly" as he will be running around in the red white & blue for another 3 years!
Hope that other kid can get Harbrow's number 40 on his back.

Great news, now we need Griff and Harbrow to follow suit.
