            If you think about it what Will said was heard by a small group of players. What McLean typed was seen by hundreds. Which is worse?

                                I just think the whole scenario - where your employer is somehow allowed to fine you a huge amount of money for something you put on twitter, is completely bizzarre!

                                    Both as foolish as each other. 10 years ago you could have gotten away with it, not these days (although Twitter was not around back then)
