Eight Dogs named for EJ Legends game

Eight familiar Bulldogs faces will return to the football field in the Ray White EJ Whitten Legends Game next Tuesday 1 July 2014, held at Etihad Stadium.

The Club greats have been named in the charity fundraiser event, with proceeds from the state of origin showdown going towards prostate cancer research as part of the EJ Whitten Foundation.

Names such as Scott West and Tony Liberatore will return to the fold, alongside more recent retirees Ryan Hargrave and Mitch Hahn.

Steve Kretuik, Paul Dimattina, Paul Hudson and Nathan Eagleton will also play in the annual Legends game.

The eight men have played over 200 games in Bulldogs colours on average and have all left a lasting legacy at the Club.

Bulldogs fans will also see current Bulldogs Football Operations Manager Ben Graham pulling on the boots once again, after originally playing for Geelong and forging a career in the NFL.

The former Bulldogs players set to line up in Tuesday’s Ray White EJ Whitten Legends Game are listed below:

    Scott West
    Steven Kretiuk
    Paul Dimattina
    Paul Hudson
    Nathan Eagleton
    Mitch Hahn
    Ryan Hargrave
    Tony Liberatore

Looking forward to watching them all go round again
If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.
