          Some observations
Jones was his useless self ( looked disinterested)
Hunter was super, and his second efforts were an improvement
Hrovat was excellent ( went off with a minor injury)
Dale ( terrific poise, and it showed)
Hamilton ( looks a real class act, but just needs to be more selfish) nearly mucked up a few goals by giving it off
Smith ( excellent performance, very good components to his game, brings a lot to the table)
Campbell and Cordy dominated ( crap opposition)
Talia was solid, but just needs to cut the mistakes out of his game
Pearce looks a big improver for mine
Darley and Especially Biggs look to good for the level.
Prudden was solid, although he picked up a slight injury
Crameri should be playing forward, even at this level. Had a decent game
Webb was also very prominent, and the senior experience shows in our younger players

Webb in the 2nd stood out. He went in the guts and some of his passes were excellent.

Do you think he will be a future midfielder?

I still think his best position in time will be as a forward who rotates through the midfield but at the moment there is a logjam of forwards. He is such a good kick.

That was one of the colder days at the footy I can recall. Stood out in the pocket where the old kiosk used to be next to the scoreboard. Some really impressive performances by guys on the cusp of selection and solid contributions around the park. I think I have settled on my list of players who will get moved on at the end of the year, yet each of them had some good moments in the game.

My best were: Hrovat, Hunter, Hayes, Webb, Biggs and Hamilton.

Talia hurt his shoulder late in the 3rd quarter, looked like his AC joint jarred up in a really strong tackle he laid. Seems to take him out of the game a bit as he was doing well covering ground and in the one on one wrestles as well. Told the umpire to *!*!*!*! off and gave away 50m penalty and goal not long after it. Was obviously a hinderance for him later in the game.

In that order. Might be overrating Hayes game but his last quarter was really promising. Great kick for goal.

What position has Hamilton been playing and is he a chance of debuting this year also?
More of an In Bruges guy?

I thought Hayes was good and has had a quality season so far.
