Surely if the umpire calls play on then he can leave the goal square. If the forward is allowed into the goal square to tackle then it stands to reason the defender should be able to leave it? Otherwise it's like saying play on to you 35 players but you in the goal square it's still a set kick. Doesn't make sense.

Great to see a lot of the senior players there and mixing with the supporters. Well done boys.
Also i thought Ayce presented well especially late in the game when Willy were pressing. I only saw the second half and he definitely had more of an impact than Will.

Couldn't agree more. I don't understand if it's called play on, you have to touch the ball on your foot !!
