Don't see the problem with having one of the interchange being a tall and rotating.

In your post you wanted Minson, Roughy, Redpath and Campbell.

          How is Goetz going?
Is he improving or putting in the effort required in games?

Who happens to have poor hands in a marking contest - not a good mix for a key forward with limitations in his game. I like Big red - he's gotten every ounce out of his natural ability - I just think his ability won't quite make the cut at AFL level. Would love to be proven wrong.

He's not a pack marking forward he's a mobile leading forward.
If we bomb kicks on his head with 3 defenders converging then yeah he's not great, but who is.

Problem is we play dumb to our forwards and don't play to their strengths.

I don't know why we think we can't play with Boyd and Redpath up forward. With a bit of time they would compliment each other, and give us that extra option as we seem to always be a tall short with rotations.

I don't know how anyone judges the performance of our big blokes in games played at the Whitten Oval. Without the protection of the outer stand the place is almost always blowing a gale and judging the flight of the ball is a nightmare. Ruckmen and key forwards must have mixed feelings playing there I imagine.

Personally I don't go there anymore. The windy conditions simply don't make for attractive footy to watch. It's a shame because the work they've done on the ground and facilities is first class.
I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken.

Whilst I tend to agree, I'd rather see Redpath there than Roughead given we also are without Crameri and Boyd.

Our forward half is incredibly stagnant right now; Dickson was caught too far up the field v Norf, Stringer wants the long ball over the back to take mark of the year and that's about it. Campbell has actually got on the end of a few when he's moed around but his set shots have been deplorable. At least we know Redpath kicks well.

I think we really need a lead up forward right now and Jack is the obvious candidate, albeit he may not be good enough at AFL level.

Yep. Not being good enough for league footy certainly put the kaibosh on my career. I was elite in everything else.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.
